I recently stayed at Hotel Benaco for one night, but I was so impressed with the friendly and helpful staff and the excellent service provided by Georgio. The location is fantastic, situated in a beautiful and lively area. The rooms are well-equipped and there is no noise from the street. I also enjoyed the nice pool and the delicious breakfast. This hotel is suitable for everyone, whether you are young, old, single or with a family. The management and communication were outstanding, creating a very positive ambience.

If you're looking for a cozy stay close to the lake, restaurants, and transportation around the area - this place has it all. The hotel room was small but well equipped with everything you might need. The staff, whether in the restaurant or the ladies who clean the rooms, were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of options. Although the bathroom was tiny, it was squeaky clean. As for the negative, the hairdryer was not powerful enough. a good stay for a reasonable price and I would definitely consider staying here again.

the location was perfect - just a short walk to restaurants in Colombare di Sirmione and a few blocks from the waterfront. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. They were always attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-appointed with a nice balcony, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient for my stay. I was impressed with the value for money this hotel offered.

Christmas decorations were great! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was cleaned daily, and the breakfast was delicious with various options. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and nearby restaurants. Plus, the nearby attractions were a wonderful addition to our stay.

The hotel building was outdated with creaking floors, and the walls were as thin as paper with excessive noise. The room was cramped, and there was no soundproofing, leaving us to hear the constant noise of people passing by. Our bathroom was small, and the hot water was sporadic. The elevator was so old and small; it made us feel cramped and claustrophobic.

The value for money at Benaco was impressive, with clean and comfortable rooms. The location was ideal, with bars, restaurants, and the beach within walking distance. The staff were all lovely, providing helpful and friendly service throughout our stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by offering a wider selection of fresh fruits and a better coffee machine.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Sirmione. the location was perfect - right next to the bus stop to Sirmione and just a 30 to 40-minute walk alongside the beautiful lake. And finally, the breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options to choose from. a great value for money and a highly recommended choice for a classic Italian break.

Being right next to the bus stop to Sirmione was so convenient. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were fantastic, whether it was the friendly and helpful reception staff or the lovely ladies who cleaned the rooms. The rooms themselves were comfortable and had a nice balcony to relax on. Finally, the breakfast provided was delicious, with fresh croissants and homemade cakes and pies to start the day.

I keep coming back because I trust this place. The staff helped me print my boarding pass. It suits me with everything I need: Wi-Fi, parking, restaurant, pool, TV, lift. I'm coming back this weekend.

As young people, we loved the vibrant location right in the heart of town, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The lake was also within easy reach, perfect for leisurely walks. The breakfast spread was amazing, with plenty of options to choose from. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
